The Company
This National Insurance firm is a leader within the healthcare sector and seeks an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their team ASAP. Join a firm who are known in the market for their excellent staff benefits, flexible working environment and career progression.

The Role
This is an exciting role for a candidate who loves dealing with customers (phone and email based) on a daily basis whilst processing membership requests. Based within the membership services department, you will be a pivotal part of the team assisting with corporate client queries as well as individual member requests. 

Main duties will include:
  • Customer service – corporate and individual members queries
  • Updating of customer membership details via phone and email
  • Invoice processing
  • Data entry
  • Retention of memberships
About You
  • Previous customer service, sales administration or order entry/processing skills
  • Exceptional customer service experience (phone and email based)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and adaptable attitude
  • Ability to step into a Team Leader/2ic role
