The employer is seeking someone who has a hunter mentality so if you want to empower people we definitely want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will have 1 or 2 years of sales/customer service experience in either retail, hospitality, or telecoms but the employer is happy to train the right people for the team!
Your new role

Utilising outbound calling opportunities to generate sales and acquire new customers - yes this is phone based!

Using the advanced Salesforce CRM Platform to input data

Developing strong relationships with industry professionals and conveying the value

Probing customers for challenges and linking them to beneficial events

Informing customers of our events through cross-selling and upselling
What you’ll need to succeed

Superior verbal communication skills, particularly on the phone

A strong work ethic with the ability to hit targets

To be self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a team environment

Experience in an inbound or outbound call center environment is highly desirable!

Excellent interpersonal skills (approachable, positive, motivated, go-getter attitude!)
