The employer is seeking someone who has a hunter mentality so if you want to empower people we definitely want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will have 1 or 2 years of sales/customer service experience in either retail, hospitality, or telecoms but the employer is happy to train the right people for the team!

 

Your new role

  • Utilising outbound calling opportunities to generate sales and acquire new customers - yes this is phone based!

  • Using the advanced Salesforce CRM Platform to input data

  • Developing strong relationships with industry professionals and conveying the value

  • Probing customers for challenges and linking them to beneficial events

  • Informing customers of our events through cross-selling and upselling

 

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Superior verbal communication skills, particularly on the phone

  • A strong work ethic with the ability to hit targets

  • To be self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a team environment

  • Experience in an inbound or outbound call center environment is highly desirable!

  • Excellent interpersonal skills (approachable, positive, motivated, go-getter attitude!)
