Your new role
You will be responsible for :
- Responding to inbound phone queries from customers
- Ensure you manage the end to end process with customers
- Dispute resolution and manage complaints with professionalism
- Take initiative in finding the answer by asking questions and using resources available to you
- Inform customers of member benefits and entitlements
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role:
- You will prior experience working in a customer service position
- Experience in dispute and complaints
- Experience working in a phone based position
- Quick learner and enjoy working in a fast paced work environment
