Your new company

Your new role
You will be responsible for :

  • Responding to inbound phone queries from customers
  • Ensure you manage the end to end process with customers
  • Dispute resolution and manage complaints with professionalism
  • Take initiative in finding the answer by asking questions and using resources available to you
  • Inform customers of member benefits and entitlements


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role:

  • You will prior experience working in a customer service position
  • Experience in dispute and complaints
  • Experience working in a phone based position
  • Quick learner and enjoy working in a fast paced work environment
