The Opportunity

This newly created 12 month role focuses on providing administrative support to FCA’s recall team, solely focusing on the Takata airbag recall campaign. This individual will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of all recall rectification work and ensuring that all customers and key stakeholders are kept updated on the status of the Takata project.

The key responsibilities of this role are outlined below:

  • Assist customers with scheduling their Takata recall completions
  • Assist the Aftersales team with recall activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry legislation and FCA Group policies
  • Track completion of all recall rectifications, providing weekly and monthly reports to key stakeholders
  • Support with all Takata reporting to the ACCC
  • Provide internal and external support for all Takata enquiries
  • Review and develop Recall processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure that business units are aligned and all Takata communication is consistent and of the highest standard
  • Data reconciliation and analysis

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a resourceful individual who has the confidence to liaise with the necessary stakeholders to ensure our Takata recall campaign is successful in reaching every affected customer. An understanding of the automotive industry and relevant recall and customer protection legislation is a must. We’re after an individual who as at least 2 years’ experience in a similar admin support or customer care role and who presents exceptional communication skills.
