Your new role
As a retention specialist, you will be...
- Responsible for retaining and increasing the loyalty of their customers
- Using reactive and proactive methods to identify the customers needs and therefore be able to resolve their issues
- Providing excellent customer service at all times and adhering to all company policies
- Multiple opportunities available, both part time and full time.
What you'll need to succeed
They are flexible on experience as it is mostly about personality, but ideally one or more of the following:
- Sales experience
- Contact centre experience
- Insurance experience
- Tertiary qualification
- A positive, friendly and outgoing personality
What you'll get in return
- $60200 + super, MINIMUM. With a salary review after 6 months.
- Monday to Friday, normal business hours
- Part time and full time roles available
- Flexible and approachable managers
- This is an initial 12 month contract that will go permanent depending on your performance, and therefore is flexible and you can be made permanent sooner.
- The business see you progressing within the bank after 18 months.
