About us

Smoke Alarm Solutions is the industry leader in the servicing of smoke alarms throughout Australia. We service more than 275,000 properties and attend more than 1,750 homes every week-day.

The successful candidate must have experience within the customer service industry (experience within the Real Estate industry would be beneficial but not necessary), and be able to manage discussions with clients as well as manage challenging scenarios.

About the role

  • Managing a high volume of outbound calls and client correspondence via email.
  • Identifying client needs and making recommendations for improved efficiencies.
  • Communicating to the Data Entry team the client correspondence in a timely and effective manner to ensure optimal efficiencies.
  • General administrative assistance including calls, checking documentation, data entry, and other duties as they arise.

About you

  • Experience in a Call Centre or a Sales environment.
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate and work towards shared goals.
  • Impeccable communication skills, combined with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to listen and build client rapport over the phone quickly.
  • Ability to work under pressure, solving challenges as, and when, they arise with excellent attention to detail.
