The Role:
- Supplying Excellent Customer Service - Verbal and Written
- Office All Rounder
- Supporting both Sales and Service Teams
- Problem Solving
- Dealing with Internal Parties
- Emails/Database Work
- Working in a Fast Paced Team
You Will Have:
- Previous Call Centre Customer Service Experience
- Experience Handling High Volume Inbound and Outbound Calls
- The Ability to Work Under Pressure
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- A Team Player Attitude
- Excellent Problem Solving Skills
- Ability to Think on Your Feet, Working Efficiently
- Multi-Tasking
