Our client is based in Chadstone in a beautiful office with window views. They are in the process of building up a high-performance phone based sales team. They are expecting rapid growth and currently require new sales consultants to work in a small team to satisfy the demands of new customers.

We are seeking confident Sales Consultants to start on a casual basis with the view to permanency.

Responsibilities:

• Warm outbound calling - NO COLD CALLING! YAY!
• Building rapport & account management
• Following up on quotes
• Administration duties / email

What you need to succeed:

• Previous experience in a sales role
• CONFIDENCE is the KEY to success
• A team player with a great attitude towards work
• Excellent communication skills
• Eager to earn uncapped commission
• Have used a CRM previously (Salesforce preferably)

What is on offer:

• Our client is willing to put you through a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking
• $25.00 per hour + super + commission (uncapped)
• Monday - Friday, 11AM to 7PM
• Training provided
• Parking available & close to public transport (FREE BUS from the city)
