This role has recently come about. You will be working in a small customer service team of five people. This customer service team is based in an office attached to a manufacturing plant in Smithfield.

My client is a leading manufacturer of industrial products.
Description
- Picking up inbound calls
- Provide status updates for customers (with availability of product, promotions, pricing etc.)
- Data entry of customer interactions into the internal computer system
- Processing product orders (they could be sent via email, phone etc.)
- Maintain relationships with external customers and internal staff
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to managers and sales team
Profile
- At least 1 year experience in a customer service/call-centre style office setting (taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, logging data etc.)
- Any prior experience in manufacturing or warehousing industries will be HIGHLY REGARDED
- Any knowledge about plumbing/irrigation will be HIGHLY REGARDED
- Clear and articulate phone manner
- Friendly and warm personality
- Experience with MS Office (word, excel, outlook etc.)
Job Offer
$30.00 per hour, Mon-Fri 8 hours a day. The customer service team runs between 7:30AM - 5:00PM (your time-slot will be dependent based on the requirements of the team).
If you work a full 37.5 hour week you will make $1125 (before tax).
This role will start on 16 July until 21 December 2018 (with a possibility of either a 3 month or 6 month extension).
