- Immediate start and for minimum of 3 months
- City Fringe location, close to train and tram
- $60K plus superannuation FTE
You will be at the frontline, leading a customer service team who manage a busy reception area while overseeing a detailed application process.
To be considered for this position you will be required to be available immediately for interview and start and bring with you the following:
- Relevant customer service experience in an application process environment, dealing with a range of queries, concerns and even complaints to respond to, in person.
- The ability to lead a team and ensure duties are undertaken, compliance is followed and consistency in performance and attendance
- The ability to work a weekend shift once per month (with days off in lieu through the week).
- A resilient and mature emotional approach to the issues that are presented in this position. Ability to stay calm and have a measured approach to ensuring there are appropriate outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
