An immediate opportunity is available for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join a rapidly expanding and reputable healthcare industry provider, for a permanent role. This growing, reputable Healthcare industry provider is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Representative to join their team based in Mulgrave.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be required to process customer orders, credits, provide information on products (e.g.: availability, pricing), whilst establishing relationships with key clients.
Key skills and attribute required for success in this challenging role include:
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving proficiency
- Well developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Good numerical capability
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer service based position
- Previous healthcare or dental experience is advantageous
