Our global brand is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our Cairns Airport location on a full time basis

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing outstanding customer service to our valued customers
• Opening and closing customer contracts, making reservations
• Running and processing daily reports
• Using our specialised reservations software
• Working with vehicles on a daily basis
• Achieving sales and customer service targets

We're looking for:

• Have experience in a customer facing or sales role (working to KIPs an advantage)
• Passion and energy to connect and engage with customers every day
• Have excellent communication skills and good conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and think quickly on your feet
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to prioritize
• Availability to work on a rotating shift roster from 5:00am to 1:00am
