We are looking for a bubbly, motivated and professional customer service super star to join our clients fast growing team.

With thousands of products for you to learn, come and kick start, or grow,  your professional office customer service career.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Taking up to 100 inbound calls per day
• Providing a high level of customer service including product information
• Accurately processing orders and recording customer information

To be considered for this position, we are seeking:

• Experience in a similar customer service role, in a call centre or office environment
• Professional verbal communication
• Accurate data entry
• Willingness to take a high volume of inbound calls and go above and beyond to assist customers
• A bubbly and friendly nature
