About the business and the role

Smartalk is leading & fast growing Telecommunication provider nationwide, focusing & providing solutions for small & cooperate business. Smartalk is a business to business telecommunications provider, focusing on end to end management of a customers Lines, Broadband, Fibre & Telephone System's, also providing a range of other business solutions such as IT, Surveillance, Printers & Software. 

Current to date Smartalk has 4 offices within NSW & QLD. Within our fast paced growing environment there is future growth for all employee's with various departments and roles. Smartalk currently is looking or a long-term commitment for a full-time role, 9am to 5pm, however for the right candidate we can negotiate hours if required. 

The role will entail administration, lead generation & sales responsibilities. A range of different tasks will be allocated to the candidate with deadlines, which daily & weekly reporting will be required to be provided to the manager on duty. An induction will be completed until the candidate is comfortable with the role. Training will be on going within the role, as there are various aspects of the business the candidate will assist. This will also lead into a career path or a role which is best suited to the employee. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administration:

  • Typing of correspondence via written/phone dictation, incoming and outgoing emails, etc.
  • Answering phone, liaising with clients, sales reps, technicians, and contracting companies.
  • Assisting staff with quotes, orders, product information, etc.
  • Maintaining existing database 
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Lead generation of businesses with metro NSW
  • Other administrative duties as required
  • Process invoices and reconciliation 
  • Booking appointments with clients 

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Proven experience in an administration role
  • High level of data presentation skills
  • Outbound calling experience

  • Outbound calling to pre-qualify and generate face to face or phone based customer appointments for our team of BDM's
