Cleanworks Australia is looking for a Appointment Setter to increase their market share within the Commercial Cleaning sector in SEQ.
To be successful in this position, you should have solid experience with making contact, building desire and enjoy working at a fast pace.
Responsibilities
- Make contact with prospective clients, in the pipeline within a timely manner
- Build desire and a solid relationship with prospective clients, which will ultimately lead to an appointment
- To update, manage and increase pipeline for the commercial cleaning sector
- Build trusted relationships with all key stakeholders of each opportunity
- Lead each opportunity through Cleanworks effective sales and marketing funnel which ultimately will result in an appointment
- Collaborate with marketing on material
- Provide Cleanworks stakeholders with any innovative and competitor intelligence
- Ensure the CRM system is always up to date with the right information
- Work closely and in conjunction with the sales director
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a telemarketer or similar role
- Solid background in achieving sales targets
- Technical expertise with CRM systems
- Knowledge of sales methods and best practices
- Possess confident communicative phone skills, listening skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
- Must possess a strong sales drive and resilience
Monday - Thursday 9.30am - 2pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
