As a Customer Service Representative in our Call Management Centre (CMC), you will be responsible for responding to inbound calls from customers, logging calls into our in-house system and coordinating our Technicians to attend to calls. To be successful in this role you will have an excellent customer service ethic, great telephone manner and have the ability to quickly build relationships with customers and colleagues through effective and courteous communication. While previous customer service experience is desired, we are more interested in your positive attitude, passion for service, ability to work in a fast paced environment and the flexibility to pick up shifts when required.
Successful applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment criminal history check, credit check and drug and alcohol test.
