The Job
We are working with a company that has a real work hard, play hard' mentality. They are in brand new offices in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne (Box Hill), and they have a friendly and vibrant work atmosphere. They love to celebrate successes, and want you to be part of that. You can drive to work, OR catch public transport because they are right near tram tracks and a train station.
There are a number of inbound customer service opportunities becoming available very soon, however at this very moment in time we need 2 people to start there as soon as possible!
You will be taking calls from the general public and businesses enquiring about a range of different products and services available with this company. Your role is to provide outstanding customer service, with a bit of cheeky upselling thrown into the mix.
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity so if you're doing well, they will look to get you onboard on an ongoing basis!

The Things About You That We Are Looking For
  • If you have customer service experience we want it, but we also need the positive attitude to go with it. Bring the smiles!
  • Flexibility and agility. You've got to be able to roll with the punches.
  • Resilience. You don't take things personally. Dealing with upset customers is no biggie for you, like water off a duck's back.
  • Good communication skills. Someone able to adjust their style to suit the audience. Crack a joke once in a while (where appropriate of course).
