Join an exciting industry where your excellent Customer Service skills will be respected. Working with a team of professionals, you will be handling queries face to face and over the phone from the general public. You will be responsible for processing and working through queries and transactions whilst providing the highest levels of service at all times.


Initially there will be training off site for 1 week and ongoing training throughout your assignment. This will be a thorough induction process to ensure you are confident and informed before you handle your first customer. These are temporary positions offering a minimum of 6 months for 3-5 days per week.

 Delivering a high level of counter/phone service in accordance with established policies and procedures, your main responsibilities will include;

  • Providing customers with a wide range of information,
  • Cash Handling, electronically processing payments and end of year bank duties,
  • Completing administrative transactions, including updating relevant information into internal systems,
  • Administrating Tests and Licences,
  • Handling incoming calls in a call centre environment,
  • Working with and assisting a varied client base,
  • Have the flexibility to have lunch breaks at different times every day - These range between 11:30am - 1:30pm
  • Face to face & over the phone customer service

The successful candidates will possess the following;

  • Previous Customer Service experience face to face,
  • Previous experience in a call centre environment,
  • Ability to work Methodically,
  • High attention to detail,
  • Confident in using internal computer systems,
  • Previous cash handling experience,
  • Flexible to travel to and from different branches,
  • Able to work collaboratively as an effective team member
  • Conflict resolution skills,
  • Ability to grasp Regulations & Legislation,
  • Quick thinker
  • A full and clean Victorian Drivers licence
