Description
This position will see you, predominately
* Delivering a high level of customer support to new and existing customers via phone or email
* Liaising with internal staff in relation to existing customer arrangements
* Sourcing the correct solution for customers from a range of applicable products, full product training provided
* Entering orders into the SAP system (SAP skills not essential - happy to train on system)
* Checking availability and price for solutions
* Some involvement in the assessment of products for the warranty process
Profile
The successful candidate will have exposure to a customer service position within a stock / product based environment. You will enjoy delivering solutions to customers that involve gaining a wide product knowledge and possess the ability to apply this knowledge within a manufacturing or components environment. Your exceptional customer service coupled with strong computer skills and attention to detail will be highly regarded. This position is initially a temporary position for a 6 month period however has good potential to convert to a permanent opportunity.
