Brighton Technologies Group is a privately owned Australian business that designs, manufactures and markets a range of paging systems to the Hospitality sector including Hotels, Clubs, and Casinos.  The Boomerang brand is recognised as the superior paging product in Australia.  

The company seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to manage the internal sales function of the company. This is a full time position based at our Head Office at East Hills in South West Sydney. 

This is a new position.  We seek to appoint an individual who can demonstrate the ability to:

  • Respond to telephone and website enquiries and assist customers to make the most effective product selection.
  • Make outgoing telephone calls and maintain contact with a large customer base to ensure that their requirements are addressed.
  • Prepare and follow up quotations and estimates to existing and new customers.
  • Liaise with the sales and service entities in the Company to ensure that orders are processed in line with customer expectations.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in some of the following functions. 

  • Previous or current experience in a responsible position within the Hospitality sector.
  • Excellent written and oral skills in the English language.
  • Making telephone presentations to existing and new customers.
  • Previous experience in an internal sales or administrative position. 
  • A high level of PC, IT and data entry skills and the ability to work with a recognised software accounting package.
  • Strong communication and time management skills with an eye for detail and good numerical skills.
