About the role:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for directing and managing the performance of the outbound team to generate new business opportunities, all whilst providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Generate desired new business sales outcomes across Queensland
- Develop and implement strategies for maximising performance
- Manage your teams performance and ensure high level of engagement
- Work collaboratively with other stakeholders in the business
- Maintain CRM platform and prepare/analyse
Skills & experience:
- Passionate, highly motivated and resilient
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role leading a small team
- Previous experience working in outbound sales or a B2B environment
- High level of negotiation and communication skills
- Great at building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Salesforce experience desirable
