About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our high performing Customer Service Team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and processing loan applications in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensuring information provided in relation to applications is accurate and correct
  • Performing required processes and credit checks to qualify loan applications
  • Resolving escalated customer complaints
  • Providing updates on status of loan applications to sales staff
  • Approving loans within authority levels and refer all other applications to Senior Customer Service Officer or Customer Service Manager

Skills and experience


To excel in this role you will need to demonstrate:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service ideally in financial services or insurance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong administration and data entry skills
  • High attention to detail and levels of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
