We are currently looking for Cargo Customer Service Representatives to work onsite at Sydney's Airport. You will be assisting customers with their packages and ensure that compliance is adhered too. Initially you will be working at the front counter Monday - Sunday between 4:00am - 9:00pm and weekends 4:00am - 5am (working on a rotating roster). Once you have mastered the front counter you will then get the chance to work in Imports and be responsible for customs clearance and checks and your hours will be Monday to Sunday between 3:00am - Midnight - Rotating Roster.
To be successful for this role you will have;
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Airport experience preferred but not essential
- Flexibility to work shift work/weekends and on a rotating roster
- Willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s Licence
- Ability to work in a team environment
