The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join Linear as a Recruitment Officer. Linear is a fast paced, high growth and tech-forward company so the right candidate will be adaptable and have a strong desire to grow their career. This is a casual position with potential to move to a full time contract based on performance.
Overall this role has a strong focus on maintaining our online application funnel. More specifically, tasks of this role include:
- Maintaining our website
- Building online forms for customers to fill in on our website
- Updating appointment booking setup
- Managing automatic communication with customers
- Calling leads to qualify for trials and book in for appointments
- Customer service through email and phone calls
Experience with these tools is a prefered but not essential (some training provided):
- Wordpress
- Zapier
- JotForm or any other form builder with conditional logic
- Canva
- Excel
- G-Suite
An interest or skills in these areas are a plus:
- Online Sales/eCommerce
- Marketing Automation
- UX
- Advertising
- Analytics
- Graphic/Video Design
- Social Media Marketing
- HTML/CSS coding
- IT
- Call centre
- Medical Industry
Must haves:
- Quick learner and very comfortable using a computer
- Hands on/practical person who takes initiative
- Interest/experience in digital marketing and customer service
