Aston Carter has multiple Customer Service and Administration Assistant positions available with our well-established clients located across the Greater Western Sydney starting immediately. Our clients cover a range of industries and are in different locations across the Western Sydney from Macquarie Park, The Hills District through to Bankstown and the Southwest. The Roles
As a Customer Service Coordinator and Administration Assistant working for these leading organisations located across the Western Sydney, a typical day may include:

  • Answer and respond to all inbound enquiries both over email and via phone calls.
  • Provide information on all services and products available.
  • Action or escalate all customer complaints and service requirements to appropriate personnel in a timely manner to maintain customer satisfaction. 
  • Processing invoices and corporate expenses and booking complex international and domestic travel coordination as well as event management of in-house events.
  • Support executives and provide general administration duties to the team



Desired Skills and Experience

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with outstanding time-management and organisational skills with MS Office experience.
  •  Excellent attention to detail, positive attitude with the ability to provide high quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, able to work autonomously and in a team with a proactive approach.
  • Previous experience in using systems such as SAP, Sales Force or MYOB.
