As our award-winning solutions have recently expanded in the Supreme Court of Victoria, we are currently seeking expressions of interest for Client Service Advisors to join our team in Melbourne.

 

About the Client Services team:

The mission of the Auscript Client Services team is to deliver outstanding service and strengthen relationships with external and internal customers. The team drives efficiency, working with curiosity to respond to enquiries and making the task of ordering a transcript simple and quick.

About the Client Services Advisor role:

In this role, you will support the Client Services team by enhancing the profile, reputation, success and profitability of the business through high-quality customer relationship management, including but not limited to processing court transcript orders for judicial officers, lawyers and parties to proceedings and liaising with the Auscript production team. 

 

This role is responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining positive business relationships with external and internal customers through verbal and written communication.
  • Prompt attention and timely response to requests for information and client enquiries.
  • Processing orders within agreed timeframes.
  • Preparing cost estimates for clients in short timeframes using both pre-structured templates and free form applications as the situation demands.
  • Liaising with internal teams to meet client deadlines.
  • Meeting sales targets, including sales calls and maintaining complete and up-to-date records of client interactions.
  • Contributing to workflow process improvements and innovations
  • Other duties as required by the manager of the role.

 

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude"
  • Previous customer Service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Serious attention to detail
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Works well as part of a high-performing team
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce highly regarded
