ABOUT THE CLIENT AND ROLE
Our client is a large manufacturing organisation based in Wetherill Park focusing on the automotive industry. Our client is now looking for a Customer Service representative to join their fast paced and friendly team.
DUTIES
- Processing telephone orders
- Managing supply to customers
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Tracking deliveries and proactively communicating stock levels
- Knowledge of the Microsoft suite
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Previous Customer Service experience - Call Centre
- Friendly and team oriented nature
- Ability to multitask
- High attention to detail
