Bank Australia is growing and positioning itself for the future and have available multiple fulltime permanent positions for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their fun and dynamic team in their Moe Contact Centre. 

 

Working from their state of the art, recently refurbished, National Customer Contact Centre, you will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries and transactions as well as outbound follow-up activity. In all customer engagements, you will provide exceptional customer service by; communicating the Bank Australia brand and value proposition, fully understanding the customers’ needs and offering Bank Australia’s products and services range where relevant.

What’s on Offer

Bank Australia’s National Customer Contact Centre has recently undergone a $2.6 million refurbishment, which has made it into one of Gippsland’s most desirable places to work. The refurbishment delivered a bright, modern and more sustainable building for Bank Australia’s customers and staff. The update has provided more workstations to cater for the bank’s growing local workforce and includes indoor vertical gardens, a staff wellbeing room, an outdoor timber deck and an internal lift. 

 

The Contact Centre is currently open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm Saturday.  Working hours will be rostered across a range of shifts, with rosters provided one month in advance.   In return, an attractive permanent salary is on offer, inclusive of 11% superannuation contributions.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Previous call centre or bank experience is essential
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Pro-active and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Minimum of Year 12 or equivalent
