Seeking local government customer service specialists with TRIM and PATHWAY experience, ASAP Start date.
Your new company
Our Local Government clients are currently seeking bright and engaging Inbound Customer Service Officers to join their team at multiple locations across the Norther West.
Your new role
You will be working in a high volume environment, which will see you on the front line for all customer requests regarding a broad spectrum of topics. Your role will be to provide accurate information on policies, procedures and legislation. You will be responding correctly and professionally to incoming enquiries from both businesses and the general public.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working with TRIM or PATHWAY is mandatory
- Local government experience is highly regarded
- 3+ years working in a contact centre environment is mandatory
- experience working in a receptionist role or administrative role is highly regarded
- You will have exceptional written and verbal communication
- You must be an Australian citizen or PR to be considered
