Based in Docklands we require outstanding Customer Service Consultants to join the Commercial Cards team. Your role will be to provide a complete service and processing support to all internal and external commercial card holders. This will mainly involve telephone enquiries but also email requests and account maintenance

Duties and responsibilities;

  • Take inbound calls and enquiries from commercial customers
  • Provide first class customer service to our customers and resolve any issues that arise
  • Provide maintenance, new business and aquasition support to our commercial card customers
  • Ensure all information is recorded accurately and correctly in accordance with company regulations
  • Ensure customers receive a high quality service

Skills and experience required;

  • Previous experience in a customer service role and a call centre environment is essential
  • Previous experience working within a banking environment specifically commercial cards would be advantageous but mot essential
  • Good administration skills and ideally experience updating a CRM system
  • Good computer skills including a good knowledge of MS word and e-mail
  • A good positive and customer focused approach

You must be available to commence work ASAP and Interview on Wednesday 11th July 2018 and be flexible with rotating shifts Monday - Friday 8am- 8pm.
