Role Purpose:  This is a fixed term operational support role for the Care Team where you will be reporting to the Head of Operations. This role is a liaison point between the customers, the stakeholders and the company. This role gives you an opportunity to learn and grow. The company is growing very fast and you can be a part of it.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:                                         

  • Providing support and training to off-shore call centre
  • Providing support to Sales, Marketing & Finance team and troubleshooting issues that may arise
  • Providing support to the 'dealers' customers
  • Responding to emails and calls received from customers
  • Liaising with law enforcement agencies and responding to their requests for information
  • Liaising with the office of the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman
  • Performing admin duties assigned on day to day basis

Knowledge & Experience Requirements:                     (the ‘what’)

  • 1 to 2 years of previous Telco or similar experience
  • Experience in a call centre environment
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication skills (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of organisational and time management skills, with proven ability to multi task and work well under pressure
  • Self-motivated and take ownership of tasks with the ability to prioritise work
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines and pursue the resolution of customer problems using tact and diplomacy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, etc)
  • Ability to work within a team and possess a ‘can do’ attitude
