Role Purpose: This is a fixed term operational support role for the Care Team where you will be reporting to the Head of Operations. This role is a liaison point between the customers, the stakeholders and the company. This role gives you an opportunity to learn and grow. The company is growing very fast and you can be a part of it.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Providing support and training to off-shore call centre
- Providing support to Sales, Marketing & Finance team and troubleshooting issues that may arise
- Providing support to the 'dealers' customers
- Responding to emails and calls received from customers
- Liaising with law enforcement agencies and responding to their requests for information
- Liaising with the office of the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman
- Performing admin duties assigned on day to day basis
Knowledge & Experience Requirements: (the ‘what’)
- 1 to 2 years of previous Telco or similar experience
- Experience in a call centre environment
- Excellent telephone manner, communication skills (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
- A high level of organisational and time management skills, with proven ability to multi task and work well under pressure
- Self-motivated and take ownership of tasks with the ability to prioritise work
- Ability to set and meet deadlines and pursue the resolution of customer problems using tact and diplomacy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, etc)
- Ability to work within a team and possess a ‘can do’ attitude
