For Division of Global, USA based manufacturer & distributor of high pressure laminates for furniture, cabinetry, office décor etc.
  • Located Northern Suburbs
  • IMMEDIATE START
  • Previous experience supervising small team in Customer Service/Sales environment
  • Attention to detail, strong time management skills, ability to handle multiple projects at a time
  • Advanced MS Suite (Word/Excel) & MYOB skills
  • Mon to Fri – 8.30am to 5.00pm
  • $65-75K package negotiable for experience
This is a great opportunity to bring your established Customer Service & Supervisory skills in into fast growing, long established & internationally recognised Manufacturer & Distributor. 

Strong communication, energy, positive personality & customer service sensitivity are essential. 

You are a vital component of a small & close knit customer service/sales team … this is a busy role so you need to be able to juggle a number of tasks at once meeting tight deadlines on a regular basis.  You will build strong relationships with customers as well as lead & mentor small internal team.  You will lead by example … answer phones when they ring, accurately quote customers, process orders, resolve customer issues in a timely manner, liaise with internal & external stakeholders to ensure products supplied are current & deliveries are on time. 

Along with your day to day responsibilities you will report to management & not be afraid to introduce ideas for better systems & processes to improve outcomes & performance.  You are a key member of the team & will be given the trust & responsibility to take control, lead & deliver positive results.
