Kitchen Warehouse is Australia's largest kitchenware retailer. We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic staff who have a passion for genuine customer service.
Location:
Our support office and WA warehouse are located in Bibra Lake with easy access off the Kwinana Freeway.
The Position:
We interact with our customers by phone, email and live chat. This position is the key to establishing and maintaining happy, satisfied customers who are confident and comfortable with our level of service and care.
This role suits an applicant who is enthusiastic, organised, loves interacting with people and has a genuine desire to help our customers.
Tasks:
- Interacting with customers by phone, email and live chat in a friendly, supportive and efficient way.
- Processing orders
- Processing customer returns
- Communicating with suppliers re product queries
- Communicating with our stores re customer orders/enquiries
- Reviewing orders and advising customers of progress or action taken.
Requirements:
- Perfect grammar, spelling and email communication skills
- A pleasant phone manner
- Strong computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow through with tasks
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Current police clearance (less than 3 months old)
