About the business
JIVARO is working with a premium Australian FMCG business who are searching for a Customer Service Representative. You will be exposed across key areas such as Customer Service, Relationship Management, Ordering, Communication & Stakeholder Management and Team Support.
About the role
This role is responsible for ensuring all customer orders are entered into the system in a timely and accurate manner and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

Skills and experience
- 3 years minimum Customer Service experience
- Food Manufacturing experience and knowledge highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MS Office proficiency (Intermediate Word and Intermediate/Advanced Excel)
- Can develop and present reports and presentations
- Ability to work within a changing and fast paced environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team
