Located in the Norwest Business Park is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join a high performing team.

 

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the NSW Customer Service Manager, some of your key accountabilities will include:

  • Managing accounts to ensure customer service remains at optimum levels
  • Taking all inbound queries with regards to products, technical difficulties & returns
  • Ensure all returns are processed accurately & efficiently
  • Working in conjunction with Account Managers in relation to stock, delivery & maintenance
  • Tracking shipments
  • Ensure all complaints are logged & actioned
  • Investigating returned goods, ensuring correct procedures are followed at all times
  • Updating customer information accurately
  • Generating various reports including sales, backorder & inventory
  • Assisting with any other ad-hoc duties as requested

 

THE CANDIDATE:

To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:

  • First and foremost, you absolutely love customer service and have extensive experience – you have worked in a high-volume customer service environment 
  • Experience within the building industry would be ideal but not essential – we are looking for someone who understands large product offerings and has the ability to absorb this information
  • A strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills – this is essential as you will be dealing with all manner of customer so it's vital that you can communicate effectively so that the query is dealt with as quickly as possible
  • The ability to commence ASAP
