-         Part-time Communications Centre Agent

 

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

·        Assist with queries over the telephone

·        Attend to all incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner

·        Send & receive guest faxes

·        Assist reception with allocation of guest rooms

·        Filing and photocopying

·        Deal with guest complaints via telephone

Skills and experience

For this role, your attributes will be inclusive of the following:

·          Be very efficient and work well under pressure

·          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·          Superb telephone etiquette

·          Proficient in the use of Opera (reservations booking system)

·          Proven organisational & time management skills

·          Able to work a variety of shifts inclusive of morning / afternoon / overnight shifts

-        Candidates must be eligible to work a minimum of 24 hours per week.
