Utilise your people skills to deliver a high quality customer experience to all of Macquarie’s Leasing customers.

Working in a collaborative, team-based environment primarily on the phone, you will take ownership of customer enquiries end to end, handling inbound and outbound calls. Offering in-depth product knowledge and expertise to your customers, you will continually exceed service quality standards and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.

With prior call centre, retail, hospitality or other customer service experience, you will be motivated to leverage your outstanding communication skills and client-centric approach to deliver positive outcomes within a fast-paced environment. Knowledge and understanding of lending/leasing products will be highly useful, but not a necessity as training will be provided.
