The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Answering inbound calls and attending to enquiries
- Processing customer orders into ERP system
- Following up on processed orders
- Liaising with production regarding stock availability
- Mailing out samples and promotional material
The Candidate
The ideal individual will possess the following:
- Extensive customer service experience from a manufacturing or distribution background
- Experience processing product related orders
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, driven by achieving results and displays exceptional organisational skills
This is a full time permanent position located in the Deer Park with full time hours Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
