Purpose of role:


We are looking for a driven, motivated and customer service focused individual to join our highly successful Sales Team in this 12 month contract as a full-time Inbound Customer Service Representative.

 

Your strong resilience and customer focused outlook will see you thrive in this role. You will utilise your previous experience in a call centre environment coupled with your experience in the natural health industry to drive sales to meet established revenue targets and achieve key performance objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Actively engage with BioCeuticals product materials to build product knowledge necessary for supporting customer sales results.
  • Communicate with customers in accordance with sales service levels.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of information.
  • Proactively respond to emerging priorities.

To be successful:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Sound interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Results focused attitude.
  • Be a team player and a self-starter.
In addition to the above, we welcome experience and qualifications in Naturopathy, Nutrition (or similar) field.
