Our client is a large ASX listed company which is one of the world's largest manufacturers and suppliers of industrial equipment and safety systems. They are well knows for providing a complete solution to a range of industries across the world.
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their dynamic team located in Prestons. The successful candidate would be required to work Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm.
About the role:
- Handling and processing enquiries & orders
- Provide technical assistance to clients
- Process sales & provide quotes
- Stock management
- Initiate investigations on stock discrepancies
- General invoicing and sales reporting
Key Attributes:
- 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- High attention to detail
- Sound time management skills
