Our client provides national tailored supply chain solutions across Australia. An opportunity has presented itself for an experienced, seasoned and enthusiastic Customer Service Manager to lead, drive and influence the busy department whilst making a significant positive impact through implementing change and process improvements.

The National Customer Service Manager will supervise and motivate the customer service team to ensure a high level of service is provided. This is achieved by building effective customer relations, through the development and improvement of administration and customer service processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time feedback and leadership to the team
  • Build team capability and skillset through coaching and providing input on training initiatives
  • Develop and embed individual and team KPI's
  • Ability to implement change based on achieving improved productivity
  • Lead by example - ability to roll your sleeves up & assist with order inputting
  • Reporting and analysis on customer and marketing insights, sales performance and team
  • member performance
  • Proactively initiate and lead various projects and process improvements
  • Review and respond to customer feedback as required


Skills and Experience

  • A passion for customer care
  • Liquor/Beverage/Retail/Logistic experience is highly desirable
  • 10 years or more experience in leadership roles within a customer service/care environment
  • Experience in customer-facing roles at a senior leve
  • Direct staff management & leadership experience
  • Proven ability to effect change and implement new ways of working
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across a business
  • Strong computer literacy skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Ability to report and analyse data
  • Decision making ability to evaluate value cost propositions.
  • Results orientated
  • High standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism
