Reporting to the Team Leader, Client Services, the purpose of the Client Services Officer is to assist the Operations and Sales teams handle a variety of enquiries our customers may have. This role involves working 7.5 hour shifts (+1hr lunch) between the hours of 8am and 8pm Mon-Fri.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming phone enquiries and providing exemplary customer service
• Maintaining and updating customer information
• Transferring and/or escalating complex calls to the appropriate department
• Conducting proactive outbound calls and providing administrative support, if required

 The successful candidate must have:

• Minimum 2 years' Customer Service experience, preferably within a call centre environment
• Experience within Financial Services & Mortgages will be highly regarded
• Excellent telephone and communication skills
• Sound administrative and IT skills, particularly with Word and Excel
• High level of attention to detail and typing accuracy
