Position Outline:
• Responsible for converting new leads from initial enquiry to final appointment confirmation
• Develop in-depth understanding of the agreements and the benefits of our product offering to effectively promote our product to potential people
• Build strong repeat and referral member business by delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction
• Takes personal responsibility for member satisfaction
• Represent Company at information nights and other promotional events
• Ensure all records and emails (online) related to collections and new reservations are accurate and updated accordingly
• Accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of new data in the database
• Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager with delivering programs that will drive new member growth and/or increase member satisfaction and loyalty
• Identify opportunities and implement solutions that will deliver operational efficiency's of scale and/or deliver greater customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Able to perform light maintenance and field related tasks as required, e.g. shuttling vehicles, vehicle cleans, adding vehicle branding, etc.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with the Ride Share industry advantageous.
Position would ideally be suited to someone with some exposure to the car rental / leasing industry
Experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
Higher degree of technology comfort and savviness (phone apps, web, in-vehicle)
Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Strategy or Technology (preferred)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLookup, etc
