About the Role:
As the first point of contact, you will provide excellent customer service in managing inbound calls regarding member and employer superannuation enquiries. You will display understanding and empathy in meeting the customer’s needs and pride yourself on holding quality conversations with our customers. You will be articulate and well presented with a professional mindset.
Key responsibilities:
- A positive, flexible and committed approach to customer service

- Demonstrated ability to resolve customer enquiries over the phone through appropriate questioning techniques
