Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for handling a large number of incoming and outgoing calls, as well as managing help desk requests. You will be the first point of contact for the customers and will be providing a high level of support and customer service.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with excellent customer service and a background in call centre and customer service based work. You will be self-motivated and be able to provide service to callers whatever their query may be. Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail are desirable.
