Adtrans Group is a part of the AP Eagers Company.
In an effort to further improve our client services by reducing wait and call back times, we are employing customer centric people to attend to our incoming service department calls.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Providing and maintaining a high level of customer interaction and satisfaction
- Attending to a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Ensuring all enquiries are followed up in a timely fashion
- Building rapport and obtaining expert knowledge of servicing requirements
- Adhoc administration duties as required
Requirements of the Role:
- Mechanical or call centre experience is essential
- Computer literacy and an ability to learn new systems quickly
- Data entry is essential
- Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Good team work skills and ability to work unsupervised
