Description

Our client, based in Kensington North, is seeking an experienced Key Account Coordinator to join their growing team. This role is a permanent position with full time hours.

The purpose of the role is to provide exceptional and consistent service to their customers and internal stakeholders. The role will be the first point of contact for assigned key accounts of the client. It supports the requirements of the Customer Service team - from pitch to delivery.

Profile

The right candidate for this role will have:

  • Excellent understanding of customer service operations
  • Understanding of customer service analytics, metrics and reporting
  • Had exposure to ERP and CRM systems
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Customer Service role
  • Experience within the contact centre environment
  • Experience developing and maintaining client relationships
