Located on Sydney’s North Shore is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Operations Director, some of your key accountabilities will include:
- Mentoring, coaching and developing team members
- Management of staff rostering and training
- Monitoring of KPI's and call quality standards
- Improving business performance and processes
- Developing close working relationships internally and externally
- Driving company values, policies & procedures
- Ensuring performance standards are met
- Escalation of issues to Management as required
THE CANDIDATE:
To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience leading a customer service team – this is not a hard-core call centre environment. It’s a team of 4 so if you are looking for a larger team this may not be the role for you
- Experience within a similar position where you have been stats oriented and may have had exposure to ticket monitoring systems like Freshdesk
- The ability to identify key areas within the team that need improvement, driving change and monitor results
- Experience with systems implementation would be fantastic – in the near future they will be implementing a live chat system. Any experience in this area would be great
- A team player attitude – If you are someone who lives by the words “that’s not in my job description”, this may not be the role for you
