Located on Sydney’s North Shore is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader.

 

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Operations Director, some of your key accountabilities will include:

  • Mentoring, coaching and developing team members
  • Management of staff rostering and training
  • Monitoring of KPI's and call quality standards
  • Improving business performance and processes
  • Developing close working relationships internally and externally
  • Driving company values, policies & procedures
  • Ensuring performance standards are met
  • Escalation of issues to Management as required

 

THE CANDIDATE:

To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience leading a customer service team – this is not a hard-core call centre environment. It’s a team of 4 so if you are looking for a larger team this may not be the role for you
  • Experience within a similar position where you have been stats oriented and may have had exposure to ticket monitoring systems like Freshdesk
  • The ability to identify key areas within the team that need improvement, driving change and monitor results
  • Experience with systems implementation would be fantastic – in the near future they will be implementing a live chat system. Any experience in this area would be great
  • A team player attitude – If you are someone who lives by the words “that’s not in my job description”, this may not be the role for you
