With a full 12 week training programme, and on going daily development (under the wings of senior management), you will have the opportunity to become a well respected, industry leader in full end-to-end recruitment. 

These opportunities are designed to train and develop you from the ground up. 

A recruitment consultant's role consists of the following activities, and point's highlighted in BOLD indicate that tasks that you will start with in the first 3 months:

• Business development calls to clients
• Meeting clients and building relationships
• Writing advertisements to attract candidates
• Phone screening and vetting candidate applications
• Interviewing candidates
• Utilising social media to network
• Headhunting and networking with candidates
• Reverse marketing candidates to clients
• Dealing with offer negotiations

The Details

• $50k package starting salary, with an uncapped 33% commission structure on top.
• Working hours are 8am - 6pm, with an hour lunch. (we need to be able to meet candidates outside of their working hours)
• 4pm finish on a Friday for a team "wine-down" 
• Inter-state and international opportunities for succesful consultants (we have 11 offices globally!)
• Central CBD location
