Your new role
You will be required to, liaise with a wide-range of clients and build rapport with them. You will only be dealing with warm clients and most calls will be incoming. You will be to be informed and professional with your approach.

• sales experience (retail is fine)
• contact centre experience is preferred
• friendly and professional
• be able to work well in a team
• Career progression available
